Intended for those who want to increase overall strength by focusing on 4 to 6 movements per class. Each movement is approached intentionally to build and isolate specific muscle groups. Each class throughout the week will address a different muscle group, ensuring whole body strengthening.
Designed around circuit training, this class will give you a full body burn while challenging you. Expect high repetitions and cardio-based programming.

Intended for our high school clients, this session of 2 times/week for 10 weeks, incorporates all modalities of training, each class will be exciting, new and challenging. Regardless if fitness is a new addition to your life, or you're looking to compliment your athletic pursuits, this class will take you to the next level.
