Intended for those who want to increase overall strength by focusing on 4 to 6 movements per class. Each movement is approached intentionally to build and isolate specific muscle groups. Each class throughout the week will address a different muscle group, ensuring whole body strengthening.
Designed around circuit training, this class will give you a full body burn while challenging you. Expect high repetitions and cardio-based programming.
This form of high intensity training increases calorie burn, tones, tightens and increases aerobic capacity.
This class involves a combination of strength and cardio based programing offering a full body workout that will leave you breathless. Push yourself to new limits in a fun, engaging and supportive class.

Our Mom & Baby program focuses on rebuilding strength and cardio endurance after baby, while paying special attention to core rehab and health. Programming will include barbells, kettlebells and dumbbells.
