When Sean isn't at Boombox sharing his love of fitness, you can find him hiking with his golden retriever Maggie, out for a run, competing in Spartan races, camping or spending time with his family and friends!
Heather is the co-owner of Boom Box Fitness.
Heather attended her first yoga class with a friend nearly 15 years ago, and fell in love with the calm it brought her.
Over the years she has explored various forms of yoga and ultimately has found her passion is power yoga and arm balances.
After having her daughter in 2017, Heather experienced the social isolation that many moms experience. When she joined a Mom & Baby yoga class, she found community and mom-friends, a vital piece to that first year of motherhood.
Since opening Boom Box, Heather has been passionate about offering a Mom & Baby program; proving not only great programing and training but the chance to meet other moms and form those valuable connections.
When she isn't teaching the Mom & Baby program or Ladies classes, you will find her behind the desk, greeting you as you walk in!
